RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

Due to the nature of our products, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges except on Starship Branded products. Many companies offer Manufacturer Warranties. For these products, you must contact the manufacturer of the item in order to begin your return/exchange process. Starship is not responsible for honoring the warranties that are offered by manufacturers. 

STARSHIP BRANDED ITEMS

Items that are branded Starship automatically come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers product defects for one year from the date of sale.

To access your warranty, please choose the following method: 

  1. Return the defective item to any Starship. Elations, or Galaxy store close to you. Please bring your proof of purchase. 
  2. Contact us for information on how to ship the item back to us. A replacement item will be shipped out upon our receipt of the defective product at no cost. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost incurred for shipping, packaging and handling when sending the item back to our warehouse facility. 

If the returned product is discontinued or out of stock, an exchange for a different item at the same cost or a gift card will be offered in lieu of an exchange. 

***A handful of Starship items include a manufacturer warranty through Evolved Novelties for 5 years. During the first year, please feel free to return any defective products through our regular warranty guidelines. For items that become defective within a 5-year period but after the 1-year Starship guidelines, there will be a 5 year warranty card inside of the box for instructions from Evolved Novelties on how to process their extended warranty.

While are products are tested prior to leaving our warehouse, please make sure that you have no problems turning on your product on the first day of arrival. For many customers, we are able to provide technical assistance when there are issues when powering on the product.   • Adam and Eve, Evolved, and Zero Tolerance are all owned by the same mother company and have a 5-year warranty on all of their toys. This warranty covers EVERYTHING except for loss of the product. In order to make use of this warranty, the customer must have their product and proof of purchase. They will not need to register the product, but they will need to go on to the Adam and Eve or Evolved website (adameve.com or evolvednovelties.com) and fill out the Warranty Submission form, which is found under the “Customer Service” or “Warranty” tab. Both of these web pages will explain further how to use their warranty policy.

  • The Bathmate comes with a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers any damage to the product due to the manufacturing process, not due to consumer error. To use the warranty, the customer will need to register their product on the Bathmate website (bathmatedirect.com) under the “Product Registration” tab. They will need their receipt and their product in order to register. Once they have registered they can email Bathmate through the “Support” and “Contact Us” tabs and report their claim.

In order to make use of this warranty, the customer will want to register their product after purchase. To do so, they will need to go onto the California Exotic website and create an account to register their product with their receipt. Once they’ve registered, they can file a warranty claim following the instructions on the website. To send their item back they will need their completed Warranty Claim, their product along with box, and their receipt.
  • If they purchase a Jopen product they have the option after registering their product to opt for a 10-year warranty. This is done through their website when registering their product.
  • For their fetish Brand Scandal: 60 Day Warranty.

They will need to go to the Doc Johnson website and go the “Product Warranty” section to fill out a Verification Form to send in with their product along with $15 money order or check for shipping.   • For their fetish brands, KinkLab & Kink, use the number 213-484-3882 to access the 60-day limited, manufacturer defect only warranty on these products.

  • All Screaming O Returns must first be approved by their Customer Service Department at 310-446-1632. Once approved, the item(s) will need to be returned with all original packaging and receipt. They also have these conditions- Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsellable. Exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.
