Use Beads without Remote Control
1.    Press and hold the Push-Button for 3 seconds to power your item on. The light will turn solid.
2.    Press and release the Push-Button to cycle through the 10-vibration settings.
3.    Press and hold the Push-Button for 3 seconds to turn your item off.

Use Beads with Remote Control
1.    Press and hold the Push-Button for 3 seconds to power your item on. The light will turn solid.
2.    Press and release the Power Button on the Remote. The vibration will start.
3.    Press and release the vibration button to cycle through the settings.
4.    Press and hold the Power Button to turn your item off.
